We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $30, and a flat rate of $4 on all orders below $30 for domestic shipments. We do offer an overnight option for $25. Please note that most orders arrive within 3-5 days. Tracking numbers are provided on all orders. Note that we process all orders within 24 business hours. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping, please see below for rates. You will also find these options during checkout. United States Outlying Islands: $10, Canada: $10, Europe: $15, Rest of the World: $20 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund any unused items within 30 days of purchase. The amount refunded will be the price of the product minus any shipping charged. Once you contact us we will send you a return shipping label and Return Authorization number for reference. Please email returns@mosimei.com and we will be happy to help.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept exchanges. However please refer to our refund policy if you are not happy with your purchase. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied so we will do our best to assist you in getting the perfect hue for you!

If you live in the state of Georgia, we do. If you live outside of the state of Georgia, we do not.

Nope. As a matter of fact, we have also eliminated Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor which makes our polish free of all 7 known harmful chemicals.

We do recommend you use our base and top coats as they are specifically designed to be used with MOSI MEI nail hues. Using our nail treatments in conjunction with our hues gives you the longest lasting and high shine finish possible.  

Absolutely! We do not conduct any animal testing at any stage. As a matter of fact, our products are even Vegan friendly.  

Some polishes will look nice with only 1 coat, but we like 2 coats of nail hue for the most flawless looking finish.

Nope. Our polishes are air dry. You can use our quick dry drops to speed up the process. They will be dry to the touch within 1 minute and completely dry within 5 minutes.
